We ship across Saudi Arabia with a flat delivery fee, clearly displayed at checkout.
Delivery Timelines
In-stock boxes: 1–3 business days from dispatch
Pre-orders / limited-run boxes: Up to 2–3 weeks (stated on product page)
Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary depending on location, public holidays, weather events, or courier delays.
Order & Payment Confirmation
Once your order is placed:
You will receive an order and payment confirmation email within minutes
Your order is prepared once payment is confirmed
Orders are delivered via Aramex. Once your order has been dispatched, Aramex will provide delivery updates, tracking information, and communication relating to your shipment.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or personal preference. This is clearly communicated before purchase.
TravelSprouts™ bags are assembled according to customer-selected activities. As personalised products, orders cannot be returned or refunded due to activity preference, change of mind, or suitability concerns after delivery.
Eligible Refunds or Replacements
Only considered if:
Wrong product sent
Product is defective
Product damaged during shipping
Product is tampered with
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and processed within 10–45 days, depending on the issuing bank.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once payment is confirmed. This no-cancellation policy is clearly communicated prior to purchase.
