SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Within Riyadh:

After you submit your order:

You’ll receive a confirmation from us within 24 hours.
We’ll send you payment instructions based on your selected method.
Once payment is confirmed, we’ll begin packing your SproutBox.

Each SproutBox is lovingly packed to order, and because we use carefully selected materials, it may take 2–3 weeks for your box to be filled and delivered. We believe good things take time — and your little one’s SproutBox will be absolutely worth the wait!

To keep things simple (and your costs low!), we send out all SproutBoxes on dedicated delivery days every 2 weeks on a Friday. A flat SAR 40 delivery fee will be added to cover local delivery.

Outside Riyadh or International:
At this time, we are only delivering within Riyadh. Stay tuned—we’re working on expanding our reach!

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of our product and limited stock, we do not currently accept returns. However, if your box arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.
