  • How does the subscription work?
    SproutBox is a quarterly subscription that grows with your child. You’ll receive a themed box every 3 months, based on the age group you select: BabySprouts (0–12 months) LittleSprouts (1–4 years) Big Sprouts (5–8 years) Your first delivery also includes a reusable Starter Kit with all the essential tools you’ll use across the year’s boxes. Just subscribe once—no reordering required.
  • What’s inside a SproutBox?
    Each SproutBox is packed with fun, fuss-free activities carefully designed to support early learning through play. Every box is themed, developmentally appropriate, and includes: Every 3 Months: Every season, you'll receive a new themed box with new activities! Step-by-Step Instructions: Simple, easy-to-follow cards that are perfect for caregivers and parents. Tailored by Age: Tailored to the developmental needs of babies, toddlers and children. Each activity is thoughtfully designed for your child’s age and stage. Convenient & Ready-to-Use: All materials either included or easy to find at home.
  • Why do I need a Starter Kit?
    Your Starter Kit is included with your first delivery and contains high-quality, reusable tools like droppers, tweezers, playdough, and more. Instead of sending the same supplies over and over, we’ve designed our system to be eco-conscious and waste-reducing. By using one set of durable tools across multiple boxes, we cut down on plastic, packaging, and unnecessary extras. It’s a smarter, more sustainable way to play—and you only need one Starter Kit per household.
  • Who are SproutBoxes for?
    SproutBox is designed for children from birth to 8 years old, with activities tailored to their developmental stage: BabySprouts (0–12 months) for babies discovering the world through their senses LittleSprouts (1–4 years) for toddlers and preschoolers learning through play Big Sprouts (5–8 years) for big kids ready to create, experiment, and explore Perfect for parents, nannies, or grandparents—no teaching experience required.
  • Do I need special materials for the activities?
    Nope! Everything you need is either provided in the box or super easy to find at home. We’ve designed the activities to be simple, accessible, and stress-free—so you’re never scrambling for supplies.
  • Can I buy just one box?
    Yes! If you’re not ready to commit to a subscription, you can purchase a one-off box to try it out. You’ll also need to add a Starter Kit to your order (unless you already have one), as our activities are designed to work with a set of reusable tools. It’s the perfect way to experience SproutBox before subscribing—no strings attached, just open-and-go fun.
  • How long will my first box take to arrive?
    Shipping Within Riyadh: After you submit your order: You’ll receive a confirmation from us within 24 hours. We’ll send you payment instructions based on your selected method. Once payment is confirmed, we’ll begin packing your SproutBox. ​Each SproutBox is lovingly packed to order, and because we use carefully selected materials, it may take 2–3 weeks for your box to be filled and delivered.​ We believe good things take time — and your little one’s SproutBox will be absolutely worth the wait! ​To keep things simple (and your costs low!), we send out all SproutBoxes on dedicated delivery days every 2 weeks on a Friday. A flat SAR 40 delivery fee will be added to cover local delivery. ​ Outside Riyadh or International: At this time, we are only delivering within Riyadh. Stay tuned—we’re working on expanding our reach!
  • Do you ship outside Riyadh?
    Not yet—but we hope to soon! For now, we only deliver within Riyadh.
  • Can I return my box?
    We don’t offer returns, but if anything arrives damaged or missing, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll help.
